Invitation to a new Project

Hi Everyone,

I am very happy to have been invited to take part in the CARP projects 3 and 4.

Now, I would like to invite everyone to another project that I have been designing called "Legends." The site can be found here: http://legends.kouroshdini.com/. It is also meant as a form of collaboration. There are several new music tracks there and I plan to send out some more.

I would be happy if you'd consider contributing or even just giving feedback as to what you think of the project.

great Kourosh, I am curious how we can work this out in CARP maye a brainstorm session is an idea to start it up. And yes Eden is a great fit to your idea! She writes poems . I write them as well so I am available also:)

Let me know when and where. I have two projects for carp5 I want to start film making. The second project is dealing with gang tagging here in the projects of oakland. I have been photograping abandoned buildings and railroad cars each morning. The street graffitti here is unreal. Maybe I can overlay these images with words so it can be used in both locations. Web based videos and in the gallery as part of a visual installation.

we can brainstorm here:) maybe that works:) Good idea Eden its just something for you:) Maybe Kourosh can compose music (when he wants and gets inspired by the photographs) you make of these buildings and cars creating the abandoned atmosphere? I know nothing about making web-based video's but eifachfilm knows everything about that, maybe he is willing to help?

Sounds good. How about posting the images here or at the legends site? I can then create a piece around that. Would you like to contact eifachfilm, Josina?

Afterwards, I can put up the evolution of the work onto the legends site - a separate post for each part - the images, the music, and film. If words or other parts become involved then that, too.

Eif is all ready game to help. I have contacted him about film help a couple a weeks ago. He said no problem! :-). I just have to get off my lazy ass and start. I dont have anything for him to work with yet.

I have two groups of pictures that might work for this project . One is Called "California" it very springy" the other is "Dark Urban" I will post both links so you guys to look at them. it very grungy and I have plans on overlaying a muybridge script over the top of it with neon line drawing animations. I will finish up the photo gallerys today and give you links today.... here
